We do not offer discretionary refunds or credits for a change of mind, unused time, inactivity, or accidental purchases. This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights or refunds required by Dodo Payments as merchant of record.

Cancel future renewals through Manage Subscription in your signed-in account. Cancellation does not itself refund a previous payment. Access remains available until the end of the confirmed paid period.

Only Starter is currently available to purchase. Professional, Agency and Lifetime plans are not currently offered on this website.

We process your sign-in email, account identifier, business profile, customer details, invoice and quotation contents, and billing identifiers to provide the service. Only enter customer information you are entitled to use.

Signed-in workspace records are stored in our Supabase database. Your browser stores session information so you can stay signed in. The editor must be saved using Save / Update Document; unsaved changes can be lost when leaving the page. Signing out does not delete cloud records.

Dodo Payments processes subscription checkout and payment information. We store billing identifiers, plan status and access dates, rather than full card details. Vercel hosts the site and API; Supabase provides authentication and database storage. These providers may process technical and security logs.

We use Google Analytics (measurement ID G-SEFFQ2XZC6) to understand page visits and website usage. Google Analytics may use cookies and process browser/device information, page activity and approximate location. We configure page-view URLs and referrers without query strings or fragments, and disable Google signals and ad-personalization signals in the tag. We do not send invoice contents or customer details as custom analytics events. See how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

The note parser and description helpers run in your browser using built-in rules. They are not an external AI service and their output must be checked. WhatsApp and email buttons open your chosen app; you review and send messages yourself. Invoice status labels are manually recorded, not proof that a customer opened or paid an invoice.

You can edit saved documents and customers in your workspace and print documents to PDF. Cloud records are retained until removed through an account or deletion request, subject to necessary billing and security retention. We do not sell business or customer lists for advertising. InvoiceCreateAI is a tool for preparing quotations and invoices, recording payment status, and drafting reminders. You are responsible for checking client details, prices, taxes, dates, terms and calculations before sending a document. It does not provide tax, accounting or legal advice.

Free accounts can create up to five invoices per calendar month (UTC). Starter includes unlimited invoices and quotations and removal of InvoiceCreateAI branding while paid access is valid. Saving requires an account. Print / Save as PDF uses your browser print dialog.

Keep your sign-in details private. Do not use the service for unlawful activity or upload information you have no right to process. Service access may be restricted for misuse. Availability is not guaranteed; keep copies of important documents.

Subscription renewal, cancellation and refund terms are set out in the Refund & Cancellation Policy. Existing paid access lasts until the confirmed payment period ends. Your own clients pay you using your agreed payment method; their invoice payments are not collected by this application.
